Before you begin browsing the application we would suggest reading a brief explanation of how iCRM GUI is organized. This will not take more than 1 minute.

There are several ways to start with isygen CRM.

Administrator loginIf you would like to look at the CRM system data as a Super Administrator, a user having all possible privileges, you should follow this link (Contact view for CRM Admin) .

Site visitor viewIf you want to explore how isygen CRM helps to convert site visitors into your clients, by publishing products and providing the lead generation framework, please follow this link (Product Category list).

Client viewBy following this link (Order list) you will see how your clients will see your CRM data if you provide them with necessary access.

We also suggest looking at other iCRM features like

Calendar view CRM Calendar. Using this module it is possible to see calendar data for the Orders, Tasks, etc. By default Calendar shows a dashboard report

Role based access Sales person's interface and Employee's interface
