iCRM Basic

Basic version has all the features necessary for building the sales team work. It allows creating contacts, adding new orders and tasks and tracking their history.

The sales pipeline is built with order and task statuses. By creating a new order and assigning its very first status you put into the database the information necessary for your future short term and long term decisions. How it works?

There are two possible viewpoints to the information stored in the iCRM database.

First, it allows operating decision making. You may always review the orders having a certain status and decide which order you should pay attention to right now.
The tasks which are assigned to the orders have one more extent of details. Generally speaking tasks allow more precise decision making as tasks have priorities and deadlines. Orders execution in whole may be seen as order tasks execution.
So if your orders have right status, and correspondent tasks have right status as well, you fully control the situation and always know what to do next.
Second, iCRM information allows making the long term decisions.
Contacts, orders and tasks have a set of attributes allowing data analysis. After you collect certain amount of data you have information about which kinds of your clients made what orders and when, which kinds of clients rejected to close the deals, etc.

All this data now may be properly analyzed. Using the extended filters iCRM provides you may easily obtain the needed data samples and find all the necessary details to make decisions for the future.

After information analysis is completed it is natural to see that you miss some details. Most probably you will want to add some contact or order attribute values. This is why the contact, order, task and product attributes are implemented as independent objects, which allow their simple changing.

iCRM Basic, (like iCRM Professional) is simply localized to any language. Please see the application online help for detailed instructions.
It is necessary to note that if you see that some contact, order or task attribute is redundant for your sales process and in the same way you need other attribute, for example you do not use contact kinds, but use area (where clients reside), you may easily change the attribute in the similar to localization way.
