Support and Upgrade

We support each of our products. You will not hear it from us that we will not support you based that it was a free version, or that version was issued a long time ago. Our support is not limited to technical issues resolution, our well qualified team may also suggest better ways to customize our products and make several usage tips. Our support policy is simple: our products should work.

Our upgrade policy is usual as well - if an upgrade is needed due to a software bug we will provide it for free, while diligently striving to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

Support

  • After Purchase each of our clients is automitically provided with one month of high priority support.
  • If the support is needed after one month of purchase, you still may count on our help. Our policy is - our products should work.
  • A fee may be required for product re-writes and customizations.

Upgrade

  • Our clients who purchased the Professional version are provided with free upgrades based on their requests.
