We stand behind the quality of our products. Support is our number one priority and you will never be denied support because you have free or old version. Our support is not limited to the resolution of technical issues, our team of small business experts may also suggest ways to better customize our products and offer tips to increase the value of our products in yoru environment. Our support policy is simple: our products should work.
Our upgrade policy is unusual as well - if an upgrade is needed to resolve a software bug we will provide it for free, while diligently striving to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
Support
- After Purchase each of our clients is automatically provided with 2 weeks of high priority support.
- If additional support is needed after 2 weeks, you still can count on our help. Our policy is - our products should work.
- Customizations and product features outside the normal scope of support may also be requested for a small fee.
Upgrade
- Clients who purchase the Professional version are provided with free upgrades by request.
Support
