Email messages

This iCRM feature allows sending an outgoing email message to one or several clients, and to one or several mailing lists.

One of the most important emailing tasks is to let a person feel that a message he or she reads is sent specially to him to her, not as to a member of some mass mailing list. This is why iCRM supports the special fields which are filled in with actual values from the CRM database before messages are sent.
Email formats view was specially designed to create email templates

and has an easy to use interface, allowing placing into the created template any value from recipient’s or sender’s contact data.

Email notifications

Email notifications are implemented for Projects, Project Tasks, Tasks, Service Requests and Orders. It allows sending a notification to responsible persons, owners and clients, along with all people in the object’s mailing lists, when someone adds a new comment or changes an object status.
Email notifications are template based. Email templates for each object from the five above may be individually customized.
Email notification are send in any of two formats: html or text

Mailing lists.

One of the most necessary CRM features is good support of mailing lists. iCRM Professional implements Mailing lists in a comfortable and powerful way.
Each contact may belong to unlimited number of mailing lists, and each list may include an unlimited number of contacts.

The special Mailing lists sub-tab, placed on the CRM tab of the Contact Form allows learning which lists a particular contact belongs to.
