Administrative part

Administrative part of the application supports full customization customization to correspond to your sales process. It includes features allowing you to set your discounts, order processing statuses, order types, and assign photos to the hotels and to the hotel rooms.


There are two core object in the application: hotels and room types. Regardless each hotel room is booked independently, almost all room setting data is taken from the room type object. Each room type may have an independent set of discounts and markups.

The administrative part second main task is to provide the necessary information about the hotel sales state. Order statuses are used to put orders into a sales pipeline. Each status has its own graphical representation, allowing seeing the whole booking status at the report.

Booking time report is an advanced tool to see and to manage particular bookings, order statuses and resolve possible booking conflicts.

Booking time report allows adding a new order on-the-fly. To add a new order just click on the cell which contains no current bookings. The order and corresponding bookings will be created for the room you clicked on. If you click on a sheduled room you will be provided with full order information. Here you can change the arrival and departure dates and the room and immediately see the result of rescheduling.

In order to change a hotel or room type front image, all you need to do is to move the image to the first positoin in the photo list. The images will be displayed in the gallery in the order you have specified in the correspondent hotel or room type pages.

Only you decide which fields should be shown at the GUI of the Administrative part yourself. The application allows very simple configuration of the visual representations of all the objects.

The system is made independently of the CMS and might be easily translated to run under Wordpress or Drupal. Current application version is a Joomla hotel management component.
