3.    Suggestion lists, accompanied with description data..

Suggestion lists allow you to find information with just the touch of a key. Every time you enter data, an intuitive suggestion list provides options matching your entry.  Each of these options has additional useful information, when, for example, you need to choose between individuals with similar names.

iCRM Pro provides suggestion lists whenever you need to review complex data.

4.    Information search conditions and advanced filters

Each filter has a condition sign, e.g., (“=”, “>”, etc.), which indicates precisely how the application should treat your input into the filter fields. Each condition is set to the most commonly selected condition value.

5.    Smart information sorting and list positioning.

Information is always sorted “as expected.” If, for example, you expect to see your data sorted alphabetically, this is what happens. If data needs to be sorted in a specific order, custom sorting applies.

Such custom sorting is particularly useful when you work with task status and priority. When you deal with task priority, you may think your task should be classified only as high, medium, or low. You may soon realize, however, that your tasks may actually be very high or very low. In such a case, all you need to do to customize the CRM system is to add “very high” and “very low” values into the priority list and reposition them at the top and at the bottom of your type of priority list. Smart sorting will then sort your tasks in the new order, with the “very high” priority tasks listed at the top and the “very low” priority tasks listed at the bottom

6. Simple customization.

iCRM Pro views may be reconfigured according to your individual business needs. For example, by default, the Contact list shows the Last Name, Name, Contact Type, Company, Business Phone 1, and Business email fields. Simple reconfiguration can show the Last Name, Country, Skype ID, and Personal Email fields, as well as any other field.

iCRM Pro supports eight custom fields for Contacts, four custom fields for Orders, and two custom fields for Projects.

The GUI is css based, meaning that you can easily change the application look, as well as apply your own colors and images.

7. On-the-fly application tuning and simple data navigation.

Administrative views allow quick customization of your business process information. Perhaps you may initially decide to call your clients “Customers,” but a month later you decide that “client” is a better word. To make this change, you do not need to go to Settings->Contact settings->Contact types. You can change the value by just clicking on “Customer” in the contact list.

You can change all business objects in the same way. If you see a link to an order, it will open the project. It is not necessary to go to the Orders view and search for the order you need.

 

File management and object linking

8.    File attachments and file management interface.

Major CRM objects, such as Contacts, Orders, and Projects, have special tabs, which allow files to be attached. Such files are stored in a special folder and reasonably protected from any unauthorized download. Please contact the isygen support team to learn how to protect your files from any unauthorized download.  To erase the file from the directory, just delete the appropriate file record. All attached files are automatically cleaned up after the holding object is deleted.

Please note that photo image files are stored in the open web directories and only protected by index.html.

Each major object has a set of subordinated object views that filter subordinated objects. At the Orders tab of the Contact object, for example, you will find all the orders made by a specified client. Opening the Project view allows you to see all its risks, etc

10.    Role based object access management and role based GUI.

The iCRM Security model is role based and basically supports three roles: administrator, salesperson, and employee. Each one’s access rights and GUI are shown by the demo version.
“Role-based GUI” means that each role has its own menu and views.
Object access management fully restricts access to certain types of data.
By customer request, a set of roles may be extended and properly tuned.

11.    Organization knowledge management

Such simple considerations as Order Status and Task Priority may be important for an organization. It is necessary to make sure that all team members understand all terminology in the same way. Accordingly, each simple Status, Priority, and Task type has a Notes field. For employees’ and salespersons’ GIU, the Settings is tuned to the organizational knowledge base, where each new person or anyone who has forgotten something may learn what each term means so that simple mistakes can be avoided.
