2. Advanced GUI features.

3.    Suggestion lists, accompanied with description data..

Suggestion lists allow finding information at the touch of the keys. Every time you enter data an intuitive suggestion list provides you with options matching your entry.  Every option provided in these lists is accompanied by useful additional information. This additional information is necessary when you need to make a choice between individuals who have similar names for example.

iCRM provides suggestion lists whenever you need to look through complex data.

4.    Information search conditions and advanced filters

Each filter has a condition sign, i.e ("=", ">", etc), allowing to precisely indicate how the application should treat your input to the filter fields. Each condition is set to the most commonly selected condition value.

5.    Smart information sorting and list positioning.

The information is always sorted “as expected”. If you expect to see your data sorted in alphabetical order, the information is sorted alphabetically. In case when there is a need to sort data in the order you specified, the custom sorting is applies.

Custom sorting is very useful when you work with statuses and priorities. For example, when you deal with task priorities, you may initially think that your tasks may be of High, Med and Low priorities only. After days pass you understand that you often work with tasks of Very Hign and Very Low priorities. All you need to customize the CRM system, is to add Very High and Very Low values into the priority list and to reposition them to the top and bottom of your priority type list. From this moment smart sorting will sort your tasks in the new order, when the very high priority tasks are listed at the top.

6. Simple customization.

iCRM Pro views may be reconfigured according to your individual business needs. For example, by default, Contact list shows the Last Name, Name, Contact Type, Company, Business Phone 1, Business email fields. Simple reconfiguration will allow showing the Last Name, Country, Skype id and Personal Email fields, as well as any other field.

iCRM Professional supports 8 custom fields for Contacts, 4 custom fields for Orders, and 2 custom fields for Projects.

The GUI is css based, meaning that you can easily change the application look, As well as apply your own colors and images.

7. On-the-fly application tuning and simple data navigation.

Administrative views allow quick customization of your business process information. For example, you initially decide to call your clients ‘Customers’. But a month later you understand that ‘client’ is a better word. To make this change you do not need to go Settings->Contact settings->Contact types, you may change this value right here by clicking on the ‘Customer’ word in the contact list.
In the same way you may see and change all the business objects, if you see a link to an order it will open the project, there is no need to go to the Orders view and to search for the order you need.

8.    File attachments and file management interface.

Major CRM objects, like Conacts, Orders, Projects have special tabs allowing file attaching. The attached files are stored in a special folder and reasonably protected from unauthorized download.  Please contact isygen support team to learn how to protect your files better and to exclude an opportunity to download them without permission.  To erase the file from the directory it is enough to delete the appropriate file record. All attached files are automatically cleaned up after the holding object is deleted.
Here we should make a note, that photo image files are stored in the opened web directories and protected by index.html only.

9.    Subordinated inner views

Each major object has a set of subordinated object views, which filter out subordinated objects. For example, at the Orders tab of the Contact object you will find all the orders made by the specified client; opening the Project view you see all its risks, etc.

10.    Role based object access management and role based GUI.

iCRM Security model is role based. Basically it supports 3 roles: Administrator, Sales person and Employee. Each role access rights and GUI are show by the demo version.
"Role based GUI" means that for each role is provided with its own menu and views.
Object access management fully restricts access to not allowed data.
By customer request a set of roles may be extended and properly tuned.

11.    Organization knowledge management

Such simple from first viewpoint objects as Order Status or Task Priority may play an important role inside the organization. It is necessary to make sure that all team members understand the terminology in the same way. For this reason each simple Status, Prioriy, Task type is supplied with the Notes filed. For the employees’ and sales persons’ GIU the Settings is turned to the organizational knowledge base. This is the place where each newcomer or those who forget something may learn what is meant by each term in order not to make simple mistakes.
