Events and Relationships Management
Client Relationships
iCRM Professional makes it easy to build client networks. The Relationships tab is on the CRM tab of the Contact form, and helps you see what groups people belong to.
By grouping your contacts by relationships you can track clients who may know each other, even if the link between those people is not evident at the beginning.
Relationships have another important feature: you can plan events for groups rather than for individuals, which can often be extremely useful.
Giving a presentation for a group of friends or visiting a club meeting are good examples of group events.
Events
An event is a short note with a date and status (complete/incomplete). This is also very useful and covers many things, such as meetings, voice calls, Skype communications, and much more.
If you need to plan an action for one person only, you should use the CRM tab of the Contact form. Simply press the New button on the Events tab and you canl add a new event for the chosen contact.
In some cases, iCRM will create a new event automatically. To see this function go to the first page of the Contact form and click the phone icon near the right side of the Bus. phone field. iCRM will begin to create a new event. Add some event notes to the Notes field and click OK.
Now you can find the created event on the Events tab of the contact form, as well as in the Events view.
Sorted and filtered by date, contact, relationship and status in one view, Events has an important role, making it quite easy to plan your activities and track their status.
What iCRM Users Are Saying… I love your work. Thanks!
