Client Relationships
iCRM Professional allows building your client networks. The Relationships tab is placed at the CRM tab of the Contact form, and help to see what groups people belong to.
By grouping your contacts into relationships you may always track who may know each other, even in case then the link between those people is not seen from very beginning.
Relationships also have one more important feature: they allow planning events for groups rather than for individuals. The main difference is effectiveness.
Making a presentation for a group of friends and visiting a club meeting are good examples of group events.
Events
Event is a short note having a date and a complete/incomplete status. It is useful for majority of cases and covers plans for meetings, voice calls, skype communications, etc.
If you need to plan an action for one person only, you should use the CRM tab of the Contact form as well. Simply press the New button at the Events tab and you will add a new event for the chosen contact.
In some places iCRM helps to create a new event automatically. To check how it works go to the first page of the Contact form and click the phone icon at the right part of the Bus. phone field. iCRM will propose to create a new event. Add some your event notes to the Notes field and click OK.
Now you can find the created event at the Events tab of the contact form. You will also find this event in the Events view.
Sorted and filtered by their date, contact, relationship and completeness status in one view, Events play an important role, allowing your activities planning and status tracking.
