CRM has impressive features for effective marketing campaign management. It supports both email and outbound voice call campaigns. A special Campaigns view allows you to manage your marketing campaign and its status.
The Campaign form consists of two screens—one for email and one for call campaign.
Email campaigns.
To ensure an effective email campaign, your contacts should be divided into different mailing lists.
Mailing lists are created for precise client segmentation. Each list has own type, this makes them a powerful client targeting tool.
Each contact can be placed into an unlimited number of mailing lists, such as allowing someone to be included in “Old clients,” “Women,” and “Potential product A buyers” at once; for example,
Having your clients split into different categories will enable you to send them targeted email messages, improving your campaign conversion rate.
Email messages are based on templates, which allow data stored in the CRM database to personalize your emails. You can use the template builder to effortlessly insert CRM data where needed and design the overall look of your message.
Such templates are easy to create by using Email formats; Both plain text and HTML formats can be used.
Call campaigns.
iiCRM permits you to plan your call lists, track call status, and insert call results into the CRM database.
You can use the Call Campaign tab of the Campaign form to choose which clients to call and prepare a targeted conversation / sales script to use as a call script or a checklist.
If your negotiation is successful, simply click the client’s name and add a new order, a new comment, or just a new event note.
If the negotiation is unsuccessful, simply change the call status and move on to the next client in the list.
