Email campaigns.

Mailing lists are created for precise client segmentation. Each list has own type, what makes them a powerful client segmentation tool.

Each contact may be included into an unlimited number of mailing lists, allowing one person to be included into "Old clients", "Women", and "Potential product A buyers" at once;

Having your clients split into different categories you will be able to send them laser targeted email messages improving the campaign conversion rate.

Email messages are built based on templates. One of the most powerful benefits of the template based emails is that you may use the data stored in the CRM database to personalize your emails to the necessary extent. The template builder will help you to insert the CRM data to the places you want, and to design how your message should look.

Templates are easy to create using Email formats; It is up to you to decide if you want to use html or plain text.

Call campaings.

iCRM allows planning your call lists, tracking call statuses, and putting to the CRM database the call outcomes.

The Call Campaign tab of the Campaign form allows choosing several clients to call to, and to prepare a conversation script to use as a call script or a checklist.

If your negotiation comes to success, it is easy to the client name link and to add a new order, a new comment or just a new event note.

If the negotiation is not as successful as that, you may just change the call status, and switch to other client in the list.
