For example, by Contact titles you may understand a contact position like President, Director, Manager, etc. According to your needs it is easy to change meaning of this list and store there gender related values, like Mr., Ms., etc.
Contact forms have Comment and History fields. A note you put into the Comment field after you click “Apply” is transferred into the History field.
Each contact form provides a list of orders made by a particular client.
