Site Visitor View

This is a sample service page demonstrating iCRM Site Visitor interface. iCRM Product Catalog support SEF URLs, allows indicating product page keywords and meta description. Please visit the Product Categories pages to learn how products and categories are managed at the back end part.

View buttons

Majority of views have the save set of data management and navigation buttons.

In the picture;

1. Delete button. This button is intended to delete object from the database. In order to delete an object you should check the object row in the checkbox at the right;

2. Add button. This button allows creating new objects.

3. Filter buttons. iCRM Professional uses two separate buttons. The upper button closes and opens the filter, while the lower button initiates data search. iCRM Basic uses only one button. First click opens a filter panel, second click performs data search. In order to close the filter panel in iCRM Basic you should click the smal button situated below the Search button.

4. Filter criteria. These fields allow defining which kind of informaiton you are looking for.
