Joomla! contact data import is supported by iCRM Professional. This feature is disabled in the demo version. In order to import your contact data your need to open the Data Import form and to press the Import Joomla contact data button.
Please pay attention that Joomla user data will be imported as well. If a user has linked contact data iCRM will import user and contact data together.
