How to change the menu type or to add a new iCRM menu item?

Go to the Menus menu of the admin interface, then switch to your target iCRM menu and menu item.

You will find the Change type button at the top of the screen. Press this button. Choose iCRM from the provided list and then choose the menu type you need. iCRM menu item of your choice may have special settings, please contact our support team if they are not clear.
