iCRM 1.4 is out!

We are proud to announce public availability of iCRM 1.4. This version includes a lot of new features which were highly requested by our clients. We would like to say thank you to all who made suggestions, asked questions, answered to the poll questions, who described their issues to our support team, all your suggestions together helped us to make a new product.

The list of new features

  1. Lead generation. Now iCRM (Pro) includes a feature allowing putting leads from the site front end directly to iCRM database. The leads then can be easily converted into usual Contact and Order objects.
  2. Reporting. iCRM (Pro and Web) supports a set of reports allowing seeing the grouped and summarized data.
  3. Data export. iCRM (Pro and Web) supports now data export to 5 formats: Printable HTML, PDF, CVS, MS Excel and MS Word.
  4. Data import. Currently iCRM (Pro and Web) supports import of Contact, Order and Task Data. Data import will create even your attribute lists if you already have them.
  5. History functionality is improved. Now Contacts, Orders and Tasks hold their own history.
  6. Online help. Now you can use context help for any object found in menu.
  7. Improved menu.
  8. Custom fields are added. (Pro and Web versions). Now Contacts include 8 custom fields and Orders include 4 fields.
  9. View customization. Using this feature you may easily tune all the views and forms to correspond to your needs.
  10. View scrolling is improved.
  11. Several configuration issues are fixed.
  12. There are a lot of other smaller improvements which we hope you will like.
